At Fuego POS, customers may receive text message updates when placing food orders through our vendors.
 
How We Collect Consent
 
Our team verbally asks for your permission using the following script:
 
"Would you like to receive a text message when your order is ready? You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply."
 
If the customer agrees, we collect their phone number and note the consent in our system.
We do not send marketing messages unless separately authorized.
