Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FuegoPOS (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.fuegopos.com or contact us.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact or “Fit Call” form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, work email, phone number, agency name, agency URL, and your answers to our qualifying questions.
We also collect standard technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site. This information is collected through your browser's request headers and standard server logs.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to evaluate fit, respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct calls, and provide the services you request. We use technical information to operate, secure, and improve the site, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.
Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the site (for example, to keep multi-step form state between pages and to remember session preferences).
We also use the Meta Pixel on this site. It records that a visit happened and which page it happened on, along with standard technical details such as your IP address, browser and referring page, and sends that to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) so that our advertising can be measured and shown to relevant people. It sets cookies in your browser for that purpose. We do not send Meta your name, email address or phone number from this website. You can turn this off at any time — see “Your California privacy choices” below.
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how the site is used — for example, how many people visit a page and how long they stay. Plausible is a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies, does not collect or store any personal data, does not create a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites. All measurements are aggregated and anonymous, and no individual visitor can be identified from them. Plausible's data is stored in the EU. Because it sets no cookies and collects no personal data, it runs without a consent banner.
Our hosting provider also records standard server access logs (including IP address, request time, pages requested, and browser user agent) which we use only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Our booking and callback forms are provided by GoHighLevel and are protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. Turnstile examines browser and device signals to make that check and does not require you to solve a puzzle. This happens inside the form itself, and the information is governed by Cloudflare's and GoHighLevel's privacy policies.
We measure which links and buttons are clicked — for example, whether a visitor opened a customer video or chose to book a demo. These are counted as anonymous totals through Plausible and are not linked to any individual.
Your California privacy choices: you can stop the Meta Pixel at any time, in this browser, at "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" — linked in the footer of every page. When you opt out, Meta's script is never loaded on your next page view rather than simply being told not to report. Plausible continues either way, because it sets no cookies, collects no personal information and is not advertising.
If we add further analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before activating them. You can also control cookies through your browser's settings, disabling strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry, including booking links and follow-ups. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to operate, for example, our CRM and lead-management platform (GoHighLevel), our scheduling tool (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), our website hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), our website analytics provider (Plausible, which receives no personal data), our advertising platform (Meta, as described under "Cookies and tracking"), and our email and SMS providers, and only to the extent they need it to perform services for us. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes we instruct.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our clients, or others.
Data security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and access controls on the systems we use. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, evaluate fit, respond to your inquiry, and for legitimate business and legal purposes (including tax, audit, and dispute-resolution requirements), after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, or to limit how we use your information. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below, we'll respond in line with the law that applies to you.
U.S. state privacy rights
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have additional rights regarding the personal information we hold about you, including the rights to know what we collect, request deletion, correct inaccuracies, and opt out of "sales" or targeted advertising. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To submit a request, email us using the details in "Contact us" below.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share information about your visit to this site with Meta for advertising measurement and targeting, which California's CPRA and several other state laws define as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out, and you can do so yourself at any time at "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information", linked in the footer of every page. Opting out takes effect in that browser immediately and requires no account or request to us.
Children's privacy
Our site and services are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or the law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated more prominently, for example, by a notice on the site.
